Each ICANIAN frame and rim has a valid product lifecycle. Each bicycle, frame and rim has a unique identification number and warranty card. Please fill in the provided card and warranty form and send it to us. Failure to use the provided warranty card will void your warranty. Please keep the dated receipt as proof of purchase.<\/p>\n

If any manufacturing defect occurs within 30 days from the date of purchase, ICANIAN is obliged to replace the rim and pay for shipping. If any manufacturing defect occurs after 31 days and up to 2 years from the date of purchase, ICANIAN is obliged to replace the product. The product owner is responsible for shipping costs<\/strong>.
\nIf we no longer produce the rim you purchased, we will upgrade you to the latest equivalent model free of charge.
\nThe warranty plan is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.<\/p>\n

This warranty does not cover<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Normal wear and tear (bearings, spokes, nipples, brake rims, tires, inner tubes, pawls, flywheels, seals, rim tape, etc.)
\nImproperly installed and\/or adjusted products.
\nProblems caused by neglect or poor maintenance.
\nSurface treatment and cosmetic treatments (anodizing, decals, etc.)
\nImpact damage.
\nConsequential or incidental damages (if applicable)
\nProducts purchased “second-hand”, “used”, “as is” or clearly marked “no warranty”
\nCounterfeit products
\nUnauthorized modifications or changes, including but not limited to any repairs performed by anyone other than ICAN or ICANIAN authorized service providers, or any repairs other than those recommended by ICANIAN customer service.<\/strong>
