Warranty Period

ICANIAN PRO brand assembled bikes come with a three-year warranty and lifelong after-sales service.

ICANIAN brand bicycles come with a three-year warranty and lifelong after-sales service.

ICANIAN brand carbon fiber assembled components come with a two-year warranty.

ICANIAN PRO brand bikes equipped with SHIMANO and SRAM drivetrain systems come with a one-year warranty (excluding consumables such as gear cables, brake cables, chains, cassettes, pedals, headsets, and brake pads).

Warranty Details

1. This warranty policy applies to products sold in mainland China.
2. Warranty replacements will be based on the original product and model. If the original product is unavailable, an authorized equivalent product will be provided as a replacement.
3. The warranty only applies to the product in its original state. For products that have been resold multiple times, only the original warranty applies, and repair costs may be incurred. The final interpretation rights belong to the merchant.

The Following Situations Are Not Covered by the Warranty

1. Intentional alteration, defacement, or wear of the product serial number or production year, or tampering with, altering, or removing proof of purchase.
2. The product was not purchased from the authorized seller or their family members.
3. Damage or failure caused by incorrect repair of the warranted product, exceeding tire pressure limits, exceeding maximum torque, or extending the seat post beyond the safety line.
4. Damage or failure due to improper use or external forces (e.g., crashes, collisions, falls from height, improper storage, or material degradation).
5. Wear and tear of consumables (e.g., bearings, gear and brake cables, chains, cassettes, bottom brackets, screws, handlebar tape, etc.).
6. Accidents caused by improper use, abnormal accident locations, or component degradation leading to surface damage.
7. Damage or failure of other parts caused by the use or replacement of consumables.
8. Damage caused by improper product use or related commercial activities.
9. Damage due to force majeure events beyond the control of the original seller.

Warranty Process

If there is a quality issue with the product during use, we sincerely apologize. You may apply for warranty service through the following two methods:

1. If you purchased the product from one of our authorized dealers, please contact the authorized dealer directly for after-sales service.
2. If you purchased the product from our official store or authorized e-commerce platform, please contact the customer service of the e-commerce platform directly for after-sales service.
