Cada cuadro y llanta ICANIAN tiene un ciclo de vida de producto válido. Cada bicicleta, cuadro y llanta tiene un número de identificación único y una tarjeta de garantía. Rellene la tarjeta y el formulario de garantía suministrados y envíenoslos. Si no utiliza la tarjeta de garantía suministrada, la garantía quedará anulada. Conserve el recibo fechado como prueba de compra.

Estado:
Si se produce algún defecto de fabricación dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la fecha de compra, ICANIAN está obligada a reemplazar la llanta y a pagar los gastos de envío. Si cualquier defecto de fabricación ocurre después de 31 días y hasta 2 años desde la fecha de compra, ICANIAN está obligado a reemplazar el producto. Los gastos de envío corren a cargo del propietario del producto.
Si ya no fabricamos la llanta que ha adquirido, le actualizaremos gratuitamente al último modelo equivalente.
El plan de garantía no es transferible y sólo se aplica al comprador original.
This warranty does not cover:
Desgaste normal (rodamientos, radios, cabecillas, llantas de freno, neumáticos, cámaras de aire, trinquetes, volantes, juntas, fondo de llanta, etc.)
Productos mal instalados y/o ajustados.
Problemas causados por negligencia o mantenimiento deficiente.
Tratamiento de superficies y tratamientos cosméticos (anodizado, calcomanías, etc.)
Daños por impacto.
Daños consecuenciales o incidentales (si procede)
Productos adquiridos "de segunda mano", "usados", "tal cual" o claramente marcados como "sin garantía".
Productos falsificados
Unauthorized modifications or changes, including but not limited to any repairs performed by anyone other than ICAN or ICANIAN authorized service providers, or any repairs other than those recommended by ICANIAN customer service.
