Different rim depths of 40C/50C/55C cater to various riding preferences: 40C is more lightweight and versatile, 50C is better suited for cruising and aerodynamic performance, and 55C is geared towards usage scenarios that emphasize high-speed efficiency.

Spokes: VONOA Carbon Spokes (Lightweight + Strength + Faster Response)
VONOA carbon spokes are designed with both “efficiency” and “structural performance” in mind. Compared to traditional steel spokes, the overall weight can be reduced by approximately 30%, while tensile strength is increased by approximately +8%.
During power output, its stress performance is more direct: the rigidity response is faster, and the transmission is more linear. This makes the feedback from pedaling clearer, and the perceived delay between “output” and “forward motion” is minimized. We provide a tension distribution map, runout/trueness data (controlled within ＜0.25mm), and a signed record from the quality inspector. We document the assembly status of each wheelset to ensure high-quality delivery.

Warranty Policy
Each ICANIAN frame and rim has a valid product lifecycle. Each bicycle, frame and rim has a unique identification number and warranty card. Please fill in the provided card and warranty form and send it to us. Failure to use the provided warranty card will void your warranty. Please keep the dated receipt as proof of purchase.

Applicable to all ICANIAN brand bicycle frames and rims.
Coverage:
2 years warranty from the date of purchase.
Condition:
If any manufacturing defect occurs within 30 days from the date of purchase, ICANIAN is obliged to replace the rim and pay for shipping. If any manufacturing defect occurs after 31 days and up to 2 years from the date of purchase, ICANIAN is obliged to replace the product. The product owner is responsible for shipping costs.
If we no longer produce the rim you purchased, we will upgrade you to the latest equivalent model free of charge.
The warranty plan is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (bearings, spokes, nipples, brake rims, tires, inner tubes, pawls, flywheels, seals, rim tape, etc.)
Improperly installed and/or adjusted products.
Problems caused by neglect or poor maintenance.
Surface treatment and cosmetic treatments (anodizing, decals, etc.)
Impact damage.
Consequential or incidental damages (if applicable)
Products purchased “second-hand”, “used”, “as is” or clearly marked “no warranty”
Counterfeit products
Unauthorized modifications or changes, including but not limited to any repairs performed by anyone other than ICAN or ICANIAN authorized service providers, or any repairs other than those recommended by ICANIAN customer service.
Warm reminder: If you find any quality problems with the product, please contact ICANIAN official customer service as soon as possible. Do not repair it privately, otherwise we will not assume any warranty responsibility.
