At ICANIAN, we prioritize the rider’s experience and understand the importance of having the right gear for your cycling needs. Our return policy applies exclusively to products purchased from the ICANIAN online store in China. Please note that this policy may be updated at any time.

Change of Mind Policy

If you change your mind on your purchase from the ICANIAN online store you may return most products (see below) to us in the manner specified in this policy within 7 days from the delivery date. Returns are subject to review, and we reserve the right to determine whether the item meets our return criteria.

Conditions for Returns:

– Items must be in “sellable” condition, meaning they should not be ridden, altered, damaged, or worn. All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included. – A proof of purchase is required for all returns. – Returns must be initiated by contacting our after-sales service.

We may reject return requests under the following circumstances:

– The return request is made after 7 days from the delivery date. – If the returned product is not received within 4 business days after the return request is accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping Costs for Returns

For orders with free shipping, we will refund the total order amount. For orders with paid shipping, both the order amount and shipping costs will be refunded. You will not incur shipping costs for returning the item.

Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and confirmed to meet our return policy, which may take up to 1 week.
